Drop a Quest
Pick what you want and where to fetch it from. Olaiya, Salu, Jaja Kiosks, the print shop — or pin a spot we don't know yet. You pay upfront; we hold it in escrow until handover.
Runners race for it
Every eligible Runner near you gets a Quest Ping at once. You watch on a live map — anonymous ghost arrows closing in on the store. First one through the geofence wins.
They buy, you confirm
Your Runner snaps a live, GPS-stamped receipt at the till. If the price came in higher, you approve a tiny top-up in one tap. Stay or step out — your call.
Code in, item out
When they're outside, you get a 4-digit SMS. Hand it over, they punch it in, and the wallet settles instantly. No counting cash. No "where you dey?".

Tag any Quest with a Speed Top-Up. Pick a target time, add a bonus. If your Runner lands it inside the window, they get every naira on top of standard commission. If they miss — your bonus comes right back to your wallet, automatic. No support ticket.

On normal orders, Stivverr adds a flat 8% to the item price — that covers the Runner and us. On tiny orders (under ₦4,000), there's a ₦200 minimum + a small platform fee. On big orders (₦60,000+), the fee caps so you're never paying a fortune just for a fetch. You see the full breakdown before you pay.
You never pay your Runner directly. Your money sits in escrow with Stivverr the whole time. It only releases the moment you hand over your 4-digit SMS code at the door. Until then, the Runner's wallet is empty.
Your Runner takes a live GPS-stamped photo of the receipt at the till. We OCR it and ping you with a top-up prompt. One tap to approve, one tap to decline. If you decline, the order cancels and you're refunded in full.
Tap "Wrong Item" on your order. The Runner's payout freezes immediately and a support ticket opens with a 10-minute SLA in peak hours. A human reviews evidence from both sides and decides: refund, partial, or full payout.
They can. The same account can switch between requester mode and runner mode. A lot of students will use Stivverr to earn between lectures, then order food at night.
